The course is designed for entry level learners of Mandarin Chinese. Upon finishing this course, learners are expected to master basic skills in listening and speaking Chinese.

Choose this level if you are a Beginner of Mandarin Chinese or know just a few words. Even if you have taken Mandarin Chinese course before this is a good refresher course. You will learn basis spoken Mandarin Chinese phrases and vocabulary for workplace and everyday life while having a taste for the Chinese Culture.

COURSE CONTENT

This Beginner Chinese course is designed for non-Chinese speakers who would like to start learning Mandarin Chinese language. The content covers comprehensively aspects of the language including Mandarin sound world, grammar, conversation, useful words and expressions and Chinese cultural points in daily life and office situations. The conversation includes 20 topics of various scenarios in daily life: greeting, introducing people, talking about time, date, travelling, eating out, dealing with workplace problems, making conversation, etc.
